- Owner's written permission firstTesting an app without its owner's OK can count as unauthorised access. We never skip this.
- A separate test login onlyNever your real account. Make a fresh one just for us, and switch it off when we're done.
- No real patient or customer dataThe test account must not see real people's records. If it does, we stop and tell you.
- We look, we don't attackWe use the app like a person would. No hacking, no load testing, nothing that could take it down.
