- Nothing is charged until you approve a proposal, and nothing goes live until you press Go live.
- You own the code we write for you.
- Project work is covered by the customer terms in your project portal.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Bananabytes ("we", "us"), Bengaluru, India. They cover your use of bananabyts.com. When you start a project, the customer terms you accept in the portal also apply, and they win if the two differ. Partners also accept the Partner Terms.
2. What this website is
This site describes our crew, our service and examples of our work. The "Find your bunch" tool and the examples are illustrations, not quotes. Your price, scope and timeline are set only in the written proposal you approve.
3. Using our forms
- Give true details, and only send information you are allowed to share.
- Don't send health records, patient details or passwords through our forms.
- For app testing, only ask us to test an app you own or have the owner's written permission to test.
- Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or our forms.
4. Approvals, payment and refunds
Nothing is built until you approve a proposal, and nothing is charged before then. Prices are in Indian rupees, plus 18% GST. If something isn't right after you've paid, write to us and a person will work it out with you. The customer terms explain payment and refunds in full.
5. Your code and our content
You own the code we write for you from day one. The text, designs, crew characters and the Bananabytes name on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them without asking.
6. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or out of date. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law that can't be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please write to us first at [email protected]. Most things can be sorted out quickly.
